Virtual Reality Football Unit

Maelstrom have commissioned several projects to design the hardware for football/drink promotion VR experiences for national and international events. One of the requirements is to be able to set up and dismantle in short timescales in different locations and the so the product needs to be durable yet lightweight and simple to deconstruct. In this case a single unit breaks down into the overhead lighting rig, two support arms, a floor in two halves, GRP hoarding/computer housing and spectator barriers. Eleven units were built and the company promoting the drink product saw sales in each venue rise considerably.
